Browns wide out Mike Mason was arrested on Sunday night after a scuffle with police as he refused to leave a downtown nightclub at closing time. Mason, a free agent signed out of Tennessee State, had to be shocked with a stun gun after he refused to put down his drink and leave the club. The 22-year-old was charged with aggravated disorderly conduct, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest. Mason was in court in Monday and did post bail. The Browns are aware of the situation according to team officials, and a statement said they “take matters such as these very seriously.”
