Bentley To Undergo Physical Today

Browns center LeCharles Bentley will undergo a physical today in New York.  Bentley tore the patella tendon in his left knee on the first day of contact drills at training camp last year and missed the entire 2006 season.  Bentley has undergone four operations on the knee since the injury, but is still hoping to be ready for the regular season opener on September 9th against Pittsburgh.  Bentley will need to pass today’s physical and likely need to the approval of the Browns’ team doctor and third physician before being allowed to report for training camp on Friday.
