Baxter Could Be Activated

There is a chance that the Browns could activate cornerback Gary Baxter today. Baxter started camp last Friday on the physically unable to perform list as he continues to recover from tendon tears in both of his knees. Whenever Baxter is ready to practice, he’ll begin with individual drills and then work his way into team activities.
