Browns left guard Eric Steinbach said on Tuesday that he’s on pace to be ready to play when the team opens the regular season on September 9th against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Steinbach has been out of action since suffering a sprained right knee on August 9th. Steinbach partook in limited individual drills during practice on Tuesday. Steinbach will not play in Thursday night’s preseason finale at Chicago.
