The Browns invited back quarterback Ken Dorsey on Monday and are expected to re-sign him today.  Dorsey was one of the final cuts by the Browns prior to the start of the regular season.  It’s unclear if Dorsey is being brought back to mentor rookie Brady Quinn or if he’ll be the starter this Sunday against the Bengals.  The Browns will need to open up a roster spot for Dorsey and there is some speculation that quarterback Charlie Frye could be let go.  However, if Dave Zastudil if healthy, the Browns would likely cut loose fellow punter Paul Ernster.
