Browns head coach Romeo Crennel did not make major changes to his defensive lineup, but announced on Wednesday that he plans on initiating a rotation system.  The Browns have allowed the most points of any NFL after three games and are ranked 31st in total defense.  The defensive line will see most of the rotation system with Ethan Kelley, Shaun Smith and Simon Fraser getting more reps to help spell starters Ted Washington, Orpheus Roye and Robaire Smith.
