Browns outside linebacker Willie McGinest practice for the first time on Wednesday since Williehaving back surgery in August.  McGinest was able to work out on a limited basis and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against Baltimore.  Antwan Peek, who’s been filling in for McGinest, missed practice as he continues to deal with a sprained foot.
