Winslow Has Ailing Shoulder; Says He’ll Play

Browns tight end Kellen Winslow did not practice on Wednesday as he continues to deal with a partial dislocation of his left shoulder.  Winslow suffered the injury during Sunday’s game at Oakland.  Head coach Romeo Crennel did not know if Winslow would be ready for this Sunday’s game at home against the Baltimore Ravens.  However, Winslow claims he’ll play this week.
