Asante Samuel (22) looks for running room as Cleveland Browns wide receiver Joe Jurevicius (84) gives chase

The Browns got some good news concerning some of their injured players.  X-rays taken on both running back Jamal Lewis and receiver Joe Jurevicius came back negative.  Lewis suffered an injury to his right foot on the Browns’ first play from scrimmage on Sunday against the Patriots.  The Browns are awaiting MRI results that were taken of Lewis’ foot.  Jurevicius suffered swelling in his right knee and had to leave the contest in the second quarter.  Both will be evaluated throughout the week leading up to Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins.
