Bodden Asks For Trial

guilt or innocence. Bodden is facing charges of resisting arrest and failure to comply in relation to an incident at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport on September 6th. Bodden was at the airport to pick up his girlfriend and children. Police told Bodden to move his vehicle, but instead started driving in reverse the wrong way on a one-way drive. Bodden initially refused to stop and then argued with police after he did finally stop his vehicle. Bodden’s trial has been set for February 4th. If convicted, Bodden could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
