It’s been 9 years now since the rebirth of our beloved Browns. I think most of our misfortunes have been caused by ownership. They either won’t spend the money to bring some talent to town, hire coaching staffs that would finish 3 - 13 in a pee wee football league, or hire “blind” scouts that wouldn’t know talent if it bit then in the butt.
This year has given us some hope again in NE Ohio. We at least have a competitive team again. Let’s keep the “oblong” ball rolling. Trade DA for a couple good draft picks and get Quinn some experience, draft a couple big defensive linemen, get some players signed to contract extensions that need them, and last but definitely not least …. since we have a non existent pass rush, maybe consider going back to the 4 - 3 defense. Your 3 - 4 doesn’t seem to be working. The proof of that is being ranked 32nd in defense. Come on Cleveland, you have tons of desperate fans waiting to paint the town Orange and Brown again. “LET’S DO IT”. No time like the present.
