Browns rookie quarterback Brady Quinn saw his first NFL action during the teams 20-7 win over the 49′ers on Sunday, as he replaced an injured Derek Anderson for a short time in the second quarter. Anderson left the game with a finger injury, but would return after missing one series. Quinn led the team down the field and went 3-for-8 for 45 yards in the drive that resulted in a Phil Dawson 23-yard field goal with 1:04 left in the first half.
