Seems like the Browns are being linked to just about every big name player that is due to become a free agent at the end of the week, and now after writing rumors about Asante Samuel and Bernard Berrain, another possible name has popped on the rumor mill, that being of Bengals DE Justin Smith. It’s the third team to have reported interest in Smith, the other two being the 49’ers and Buccaneers. Today’s Dayton Daily News is reporting that there is another AFC North team with interest though in Smith, that being the Steelers, who may look to upgrade their D-line as well. The Bengals could have franchised Smith last week, but instead gave the tag to O-lineman Stacey Andrews. Smith has been consistent with the Bengals, and the former #1 draft pick is going to get plenty of interest once he hits the open market at the end of the week.
