The PD is reporting that the Browns are not going to tender a deal to defensive end Simon Fraser, which means come Friday he can become an unrestricted free agent. The former OSU Buckeye has played the last three seasons with the Browns, and last season played in all 16 games recording 14 tackles. Two seasons ago Fraser had 36 tackles in 16 games along with 4.5 sacks. Fraser will get some looks from other teams around the league.
