Browns Sign LB Orr

The Cleveland Browns have, according to Adam Schefter of NFL Network, reached an agreement on a one-year contract with free-agent linebacker Shantee Orr; Orr, who had spent time with both the Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans last season, will fill the role once held by Chaun Thompson, who departed the Browns and signed as a free agent with the Houston Texans.  Orr played at Michigan and signed with the Texans in 2003 after briefly playing with the Green Bay Packers an an undrafted free agent; He was a starter with the Texans in 2005 and was released by the team in 2007.
