Browns’ DB Kenny Wright arrested
Another NFL player has hit the police blotter. This time it is Cleveland Browns defensive back Kenny Wright. Houston television station KRIV first reported the arrest.

The Browns may be working on signing tight end Kellen Winslow to a contract extension. General manager Phil Savage is expected to meet with Drew Rosenhaus, Winslow’s agent, this week at the NFL owners meetings. Winslow, who has three years left on his current deal, played in this past season’s Pro Bowl.

The Browns may play host to a Thanksgiving night game this coming season. The Browns are under consideration to hot a primetime contest following the traditional games in Dallas and Detroit. The Browns may also be featured in at least one other primetime game when the full 2008 schedule is released later this month.
