One day after dumping Kenny Wright, the Browns today picked up a DB, signing Jereme Perry to a one-year deal.  He played in 12 games with the Brownies in 2006, making 12 tackles and recovering one fumble.  Last season he played in four games with the Dolphins, all on special teams.  He came to the Browns as an undrafted free agent from Eastern Michigan.
