Tight end Kellen Winslow will be attending Browns minicamp next month and training camp when that begins in July. Winslow’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said on Wednesday that his client will be there after not attending OTA’s. Rosenhaus cited that Winslow is coming off knee surgery and that the OTA’s are voluntary. It is believed that Rosenhaus wants a new contract for Winslow and that his not attending OTA’s was a way of getting the Browns’ attention.
