Posted in Browns owner Randy Lerner denied a report that he was to establish permanent residence in England and run his soccer team. The “Manchester Guardian” reported on Wednesday that Lerner was to become CEO of his Aston Villa soccer club and move to England. Lerner issued an email saying that he will not become a permanent resident of the United Kingdom and will not change the amount of time he spends with the Browns or Aston Villa.
