The Browns finished off minicamp on Thursday and tight end Kellen Winslow is still hoping for a new contract. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said this week that he hopes Winslow and the Browns can come to terms on a contract extension. Rosenhaus is optimistic despite the fact that general manager Phil Savage said last week that the Browns don’t have much room financially for a new deal.
