It appears that wide out Joe Jurevicius is going to start 2008 on the PUP list. GM Phil Savage stated today on WTAM 1100am that Jurevicius is going to start the season on the list and will not be able to play in the first six games of the season. It has not been a very good offseason for the receiver, as he had an arthoscopic surgery in January, then had to have three surgeries to eradicate a staph infection that took place after the first surgery. The Browns do have Donte’ Stallworth to fall back on, but with depth an issue at some positions already, losing Jurevicius is not a good start to training camp next week.
