Camp Continues for Browns w/ Two Sessions Today
Posted by Matt Loede on July 24th, 2008 filed in NewsThe Browns opened training camp on Wednesday with an afternoon practice. The big difference this summer compared to last year is that Derek Anderson is firmly plated as the starting quarterback. Anderson was in a battle with Charlie Frye for the starting position in 2007. Anderson took over in Week Two of the regular season and ended up going to the Pro Bowl. Anderson is in charge, but the Browns also have second-year quarterback Brady Quinn waiting in the wings just in case. Camp will continue today with a morning practice and an evening workout.
