Browns tight end Kellen Winslow will miss his third straight game due to a high ankle sprain when the team hosts the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Coach Romeo Crennel ruled the Pro Bowl tight end out on Thursday. Winslow, who also missed time in October due to an undisclosed illness, has 43 receptions for 428 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games this season.
