Mangini, did about as well as RAC did. Still would love to pick up Wade Phillips as DC if let go by Dallas. We do need someone to instill some fire, pride and DISCIPLINE to this team. We really are not too far off with the talent, some killer linebackers who can put some heat on QBs and get some sacks to help out the DBs. Rogers can't do it alone, the team needs that one Player who the opposition just does not want to run into, to give this Defense and team some sort of identity!
