This seems like a good pickup for now. I hope this is for depth. I thought Wright and McDonald played alright last year. I am biased with McDonald because he played for Memphis, but I really think we have talented starting corners.

I'm not complaining about this signing. Corey is almost 32 years old, but the contract is short and relatively inexpensive. Ivy has playoff experience and has won a Super Bowl. He played a great season in Baltimore with the best defense in the league. He can assist on special teams as well as in the secondary. He can help in the locker room. And he has shown in the past that he can be an impact player and make big plays such as in that game against the Steelers a couple of seasons ago when he helped the Ravens win with a sack, an interception and a forced fumble leading to a touchdown all in one game. He also has some guts coming back that year after the kidney injury.
