		<description>I was a little surprised that Harrell did not get drafted.  He was, however, overshadowed by Crabtree and by a few other QBs in the Draft.  Ratliff was nothing more than a &quot;free-b&quot; for the Browns in the trade with the Jets for the 5th overall pick, so I suspect that the Team wants to see how Harrell stacks up against Ratliff.</description>
