Browns Sign Safety Bret Lockett, Waive Four Players
The Browns have announced wave of Monday transactions, including the signing of a player who tried out during a weekend rookie minicamp. The new arrival is safety Bret Lockett, who earned four letters at UCLA. The Browns also waived safety Corey Boudreaux, receiver Brent Casteel, tight end Mike Massey, and cornerback Antonio Smith.
