The future of Browns WR Donte’ Stallworth may be a little more known today, as his arraignment in Miami is set for later today. PFT.com says that Stallworth will formally be charged with DUI Manslaughter for the death of 59-year-old Mario Reyes.

As the site says, “There has been speculation/rumor/hope that Stallworth ultimately will be prosecuted only for DUI, given the challenge of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that Stallworth caused or contributed to the death of Mr. Reyes, who was jaywalking when struck.

If convicted, Stallworth won’t receive a Leonard Little-style 90-day sentence. In Florida, DUI Manslaughter carries a mandatory minimum of four years, with a maximum of 15 years and a sentencing guideline recommendation of ten years.”

The arraignment will take just minutes, a not guilty plea will be entered, and Stallworth will not even be there.
