Mike Brown has excellent leadership skills and coaching attributes on the field. The downside has always been his height at 5 foot 10 and his proneness to injury – in fact he got injured again late last season with his calf. In any event, he is worth checking out further with a visit.

this would be a great pick up by the browns if they pulled the trigger on him. I doubt he would start he but his veteran presence would help our young secondary very much. Elam and Pool are average safties however depth at the position would only make them better. His pro-bowl appearance and also being part of the bears NFC championship roster is a huge plus. That defense was extremly aggressive and thats what we need here on the Lake. We need a defense with players that have the hearts like Ray Lewis……Not Wimbley’s “new moves” every season. Go Browns sign this guy and pay him, we have plenty of cap space.
