I don't try to make excuses for anyone. But tell me you've never driven with a beer in your system; or something else from a list we could go down. Lord knows I'm not a fan of the modern day premadonna athelete. There are very few I really look to with any sense of admiration. I'm just pointing out that anyone, straight or not, even slightly impaired, could fall into this trap. This guy has big time responsibility for his own actions. It's like you or I trying to cross the shoreway at one of the off or on ramps, and it's at a bad curve. It's right where you expect to start speeding up onto a causeway/freeway type stretch. So if he see's him straight and slows one or two mph more, he still kills him. How about if you just worked night shift and you're tired; I'm just making a point.
Peace

Butch, no it does not make people jump in front of your car, but it does impair you. Before you start, yes he may have smoked it a while before, because we all know THC stays in your system for a long time, that just means he was even more impaired, or quite possibly driving under the influence more than that one time, either way, inexcusable.

Even if the police evidence confirms marijuana in Donte's system at the time of the accident, I still believe that Jim Brown should not have commented on that until it is confirmed or was acknowledged by Stallworth or someone on his behalf. I have no difficulty with Jim's other comments during the same interview.
