He's not right for us, and probably the majority of teams. I truely hope he has learned something, but I seriously doubt it. Our prisons tend to worsen behaviour and reinforce the criminal element. And in my opinion what he did was not only criminal, but witness to some deeper, more intense issue the man is carrying around. What he really needs is heavy, extensive counseling. If anything, the Team has its hands full with the ongoing competition between BQ and DA.
