Another finely botched job by the NFL officials. Just when you think they've screwed up everything at least once, here comes another.

I'm watching the game with my Steelers fan bro-in-law (Forgive him. He's from there) at the bar and he even commented on how odd the camera angle was. How it seemed like we were seeing the measurement at a slanted angle and it didn't really tell the story on that play. Much as I hate what the call meant, I take Walt Anderson at his word. It was a simple matter of the TV director choosing a bad camera angle to show the measurement from. After bro-in-law mentioned the strange angle, I couldn't help but notice it either. Definitely not just a fan trying to justify a bad call in his favor. The angle was awfully cock-eyed compared to usual. It wasn't the refs who blew this call. It was the TV guys who blew the job of depicting it properly.
