That is not the "penultimate" as you describe above. It used to be the norm. To only see that on "special" occasions (which never seem to come) has been one of the great disappointments of the last 10 years. The team returned, our name returned, our colors did not. I'm offended that Randy Lerner has trashed the storied Browns uniform with those butt ugly brown pants and the solid brown socks. The team should wear the same uniform that all the great Browns like Jimmy Brown, Otto Graham, Bernie Kosar etc wore! "Why?" asked another commander. "You'll be easier to see." "That may be true," replied the commander, "but if I get shot, my troops won't be able to see the blood." His companion reflected on this for a moment, then called to his aide. "I'm getting ready for this battle," he asserted, "bring me my brown pants."
