Browns To Face Blackouts?

Despite their win-loss record, the Cleveland Browns have escaped the NFL-mandated blackout rule; however, that could very well change in the season’s second half.
The Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting that the Browns have yet to sell out four of their remaining 6 home games – November 16 against Baltimore, San Diego on December 6, Oakland on December 27 and Jacksonville on January 3. As of this post, Sunday’s game against Green Bay and a December 10 battle against Pittsburgh are the remaining games the team has sold out.

Here are a few stats for you to chew on. DA is 32nd of 32 in QB rating with a 41.7 rating. DA is 32nd of 32 in Completion % with 44.4. DA is 30th of 32 in yards with 506. DA is tied for next to last in TD passes with 2. DA is also tied for 26th of 32 in ints with 6.
Browns are 1st in dropped passes with 21 (I heard that last night). Browns are 30th of 32 in rushing TD’s with 1. Browns are 29th of 32 in receiving yards with 906. Browns are 31st of 32 in rec yards per game with 151.
Browns are 9 for 9 in FGs and 6 for 6 in XPs. Browns are tied for 17th with 12 sacks. Browns are tied for next to last in interceptions with 3.
Since all we have this year on this team is special teamers here are the highlights of this team. Zastudil leads the NFL with 21 punts inside the 20. Browns 1st in punt return yards with 286. Beowns also 1st in punt ret average with 16.8. Browns 2nd in KO ret yards with 691. and the Browns are 9th in KO ret yds average 24.6.
I am really starting to like this “making fun of the Browns” stuff. I saw the srticle of worst coaching hires in the NFL this year and I think Mangini was the worst or next to worst. I still can’t believe they let Daboll run the offense. How can they expect the fans to remain loyal when they have refuse to give us anything to hope for? They only have 2 more games sold out for the remainder of the year. I think the fans are starting to show their discontent. Which I can’t say I blame them.
