All teams have the same money and ability to draft players. Cleveland has not been afraid of spending money. Nobody in Cleveland is aware of what they want to do or what they are trying to accomplish. They all claim to be working hard -- but so is a mouse on a treadmill. Hard work is good and necessary to succeed -- but working smart is an equally necessary variable, too. Mangini looks more like a fool and every week.
