		<description>Y&#039;know, I&#039;m not one to adopt the &quot;too old to do this type of challenge&quot; line of BS.  Frankly, accepting the challenge really has nothing to do with age.  You either love the game or you don&#039;t -- no matter what the game is.  Being around to see anyone&#039;s work reach a point of conclusion is, I guess, anyone&#039;s goal.  But in professional sports -- like anything else -- it is really a journey, not a destination.  Victories, championships, verdicts, degrees, are all part of a much larger picture of success.  Each one is important, but really limited in their overall long-term impact.  If Ernie is willing to be a significant part of this organization and the organization has a clearly defined role for him, then more than a casual conversation is needed to explore this further.</description>
