I just lost a ton of respect for Jamal Lewis. As a Team Captain, voted on by his teammates, it is his responsibility to talk to the coach about such issues, but behind closed doors. Do not get me wrong, I am in NO WAY a Mangini fan, but to go to the press with his comments and not confront the coach, like a man to his face is a cowards way of doing things.

If someone were to talk behind his back Lewis would be beside himself screaming of disrespect this and that and talk to me face to face. When he accepted the posistion as team Captain he accepted the responsibility to be that person to speak to the coach and team admin to bring up issues, that is what a Capt would do, that is what a man would do.

This is just another symptom of what is wrong with Mangini and the Browns, players go to the Press because the coach and team do not communicate with others whether it is players, coaches, fans, or the Press. My question to Jamal is did you even attempt to talk to Mangini or did you just whine to the press because you are not man enough to live up to your title as team captain and let down not only your teammates but yourself as well.
