Switching to a 4-3 with this personnel seems to be the obvious choice. Remember all the DLs we trashed to Denver when RC arrived to install the 3-4? If this is done, then maybe Williams becomes the player he was in Green Bay, solving two problems at once. Frankly, I am not convinced that Mangini is the guy to be making these type of personnel decisions. Look at JAX. They also have 23 new names on their roster, but are playing at a much higher level than we hare seeing -- and are 5-4.

Not to beat a dead, and I mean dead, horse but the side of our O-line is perfectly horrible. I've seen better in HS! So I would put a couple high picks there, next another RB to replace our loss, another D-lineman to spell Shaun, and a couple CB's.

Yes and Maiava is a stud. Doesn't care about the size, just does his job. Course the sad part is we'll probably trade him next year for another St.Clair/Royal like player if mangenious is still the coach.

Draft a monster defensive tackle in the first round, switch to a 4-3 defense so he can make life easier for Rogers and put some serious pressure on the opposing QB, pick a cornerback, safety and spend the rest of the picks on the offensive line and a power running back.
