Haden, the first true cornerback to start as a freshman in his first career game. Haden didn’t allow a Touchdown in his 40 career starts and was unanimous All-American selection and finalist for the Jim Thorpe Award.
With Haden in the lineup, the Gators owned the fourth-best pass defense in the nation.
Haden played in all 40 games at Florida and started all of them. He Recorded 218 tackles (157 solo) 3.5 sacks. Intercepted eight passes for (166 yards) and recorded 34 pass break ups.
