    The only question i can think of … Do you feel, as a first year man in the Front Office, that you have done enough in the short time that you have been here that you have made this a better more competitive team? Or does it just look better on paper?

    Building this team into a consistent contender is understandably going to be a process. NFL teams seem to be able to do this in a matter of 2-3 years these days. This year’s draft was targeted for specific areas of need. How did 2011 fit into the overall strategy, that is, what are your hopes for what you hope to accomplish with that draft? Best player available? Skill position of need? Do you see that as being the draft that addresses the aerial game?

    Every business has short (< 12 months) and long term objections. I see one short term objection for the Browns to be number of wins in 2010. How many wins do the Browns need in 2010 in order to be sucessful?
