It is obvious the NFL loves to control everything it possibly can these days. The Cleveland Browns were one of three teams not to have tailgating regulations up until 2010. The “Muni-lot” which is the home for many Clevelanders from August, until the beginning of January. Now the city is trying kill any pride left in this area. If you have ever been tailgating in the Mun-lot you know its an experience of a lifetime. You used to be able to get down to the parking lot Saturday night before the game and enjoy yourself with the rest of the Cleveland Browns family. Midway through 2008 the team decided to change it to 4:00 a.m., which at the time you didn’t understand but could accept that. Now they changed it to 7:00 a.m this season and that is devastating to people like myself. Cleveland is known for its tailgating and could be the best at it in the NFL. For many years that is what we had to look forward to is the tailgate and not the game. This really is a tragedy and for some people they might not understand it but for us tailgaters this is horrible. There is nothing like getting to the parking lot and watching the sun rise on a Sunday morning. We have lost many game but still haven’t lost a tailgate!!! Destination Super Bowl!!!!
