The QB is not on the field for the third straight day, and it looks like Seneca Wallace will get the start for the club as they look to get to .500 vs a Chiefs team that beat the Chargers Monday night.
Delhomme hurt his right ankle last week in a 17-14 loss at Tampa Bay and has been receiving treatment all week. Coach Eric Mangini has said all week that Delhomme is getting better and is not ruling him out from playing against the Chiefs.
Mangini said he wanted to get through Friday’s practice before making a decision on his starter. Wallace has 14 career starts with the Seahawks, the team he was on before coming to the Browns this past offseason.
