Browns coach Pat Shurmur confirmed Thursday night that he’ll go without an offensive coordinator in his first season as head coach and that his staff is basically complete.
Shurmur said he’s comfortable handling the dual role of head coach/offensive coordinator and that he planned all along to call his own plays this season. He said he’ll have plenty of input from his offensive staff.
