According to Tony Grossi of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports NFL officials warned Cleveland Browns coaches not to give out playbacks and meet with players during this time of the off-season. The league was not happy with reports QB Colt McCoy met with new coach Pat Shurmur about the 2011 offensive playbook.
