Little Had 93 Parking Tickets While Going to North Carolina

Browns second-round draft pick wide receiver Greg Little had 93 parking tickets while attending North Carolina according to Andy Curliss of the Raleigh News Observer. The 93 tickets were associated with five different vehicles. Those vehicles had nine different license plates on them, apparently from the use of dealer tags. Little has declined to comment.
