Week Three Sit ‘Em Start ‘Em With Brant Houghton

Rookie WR, Greg Little, has the opportunity to put up solid numbers week in and week out, will today be the day he set's your fantasy team over the top?

This week I decided to do something different with the fantasy projections. As opposed to doing the projections on my own, I was able to get in contact with Dolphins Gab Columnist, Brant Houghton, to see just what he thought about the fantasy potential of the Dolphins players. Below are his projections, as well s mine for the Browns players.

Notable Impact Players – Browns vs. Dolphins

Colt McCoy – McCoy should have a solid day against a woeful Dolphins secondary. The Browns want to remain balanced on offense, but don’t be surprised if Pat Shurmur elects to air it out more this game. Worth a start if you absolutely have too.

Browns Gab Fantasy Projection: 220 Yards – 2 Touchdowns – 1 Interception

Chad Henne – Henne is always an inconsistent fantasy pick, as he can be either ice cold or fiery hot from week to week. However, this week Henne looks to have a solid game, as the passing game is going to be a big part of the gameplan today.

Brant’s (Dolphins Gab) Fantasy Projection: 220 Yards – 2 Touchdown

Running Back

Peyton Hillis – You may want to keep an eye on Hillis’ status for Sunday. He missed practice Friday, and has been ruled questionable. If he plays, he brings some value to your fantasy line-up and is certainly worthy of a start.

Browns Gab Fantasy Projection: 95 Yards – 1 Touchdown/4 Catches – 23 Yards

Daniel Thomas –Last week the rookie impressed with a 107 yard showing. Look for him to get the redzone looks today.

Brant’s (Dolphins Gab) Fantasy Projection: 70 Yards – 0 Touchdowns/1 Catch – 12 Yards

Other Notable Players

Evan Moore – The most athletic tight end the Browns on the roster, great hands – and has a great relationship with the QB.

Browns Gab Fantasy Projection: 4 Catches – 38 Yards – 1 Touchdown

Mohammed Massaquoi – MoMass has quietly had a good year so far. An ankle issue popped-up in practice this week, but he should be cleared for Sunday. Will get you some points via yardage.

Browns Gab Fantasy Projection: 3 Catches – 90 Yards

Greg Little – Quietly becoming a really good receiver for the Browns. As his production increases, so will his targets, which will make him a legit fantasy option because of his YAC ability.

Browns Gab Fantasy Projection: 4 Catches – 58 Yards

Brandon Marshall –Bush got one of Henne’s touchdowns today, and Marshall will haul in the other. Henne and Marshall have worked all summer long to develop a rapport,  and today it will show. Start him.

Brant’s (Dolphins Gab) Fantasy Projection: 7 Catches – 110 Yards – 1 Touchdown

Reggie Bush – Bush is an iffy pick these days, as his days as the starting running back may be numbered already. However, I do see Bush registering a few points today, with a combination of 40 rushing yards and 50 receiving and a touchdown. He will be more lined up out wide than in the backfield today.

Brant’s (Dolphins Gab) Fantasy Projection: 40 Rush Yards/50 Yards Receiving

Brian Hartline – Hartline has been getting a few looks in the redzone so far, and he just may get a few more today. But overall I do not see Hartline being worth a start. At most he’ll give you 50 yards today on a couple catches.

Brant’s (Dolphins Gab) Fantasy Projection: 2 Catches – 50 Yards
