The following 22 roster moves were made as the Browns got down to the mandatory 53-player limit:

In addition, the Browns traded safety David Sims to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a conditional 2013 draft choice.

    You are kidding me! Hardest over Adonis. That is nothing more than people not wanting to admit they were wrong and gave up too much for a mistake. Adonis outperformed Hardesty ALL pre season long. Hell fumbles alone could have decided it. Yet another year of Browns fans having to eat crow. Same old(new) Browns!

    Not sure i agree with all the cuts or trading Sims for that matter, but Seneca and his negative attitude needed to go!!
