Browns Place T.J. Ward and James-Michael Johnson on IR

The Browns today signed defensive back Prince Miller and linebacker Adrian Moten.

The team also elevated defensive lineman Hall Davis from the practice squad to the active roster.

In addition, the club placed linebacker James-Michael Johnson and defensive back T.J. Ward on injured reserve with knee injuries, neither of which will require surgery.

Johnson started eight of the 10 games in which he saw action. He posted 32 tackles on defense and three stops on special teams.

Ward started all 14 games this season and totaled 68 tackles, three forced fumbles, one sack and one interception.
