FBI Raids Headquarters Of Pilot Flying J – Owned By Jimmy Haslam

On Monday, federal agents descended on the Haslam family business in Knoxville in a raid the FBI described as part of an “ongoing investigation.”

The headquarters of Pilot Flying J, a nationwide chain of truck stops and convenience stores, was locked down for much of the day.

“The FBI secured our headquarters today and informed us they are investigating Pilot Flying J,” Browns owner and Pilot CEO Haslam said in a statement.

“We will cooperate appropriately with any and all external investigations and conduct our own,” Haslam said. “I believe and trust there has been no wrongdoing. The integrity of our company always has been job number one.”

Haslam reassumed his role as CEO of Pilot Flying J in February, just six months after hiring former PepsiCo president John Compton to replace him in that capacity so he could spend more time on the Browns.

This is nothing more than a trumped up witch hunt! Jimmy Haslam is a huge donor to the GOP, so the Obamanite goons are trying to find something that is not there to make him look bad!
