Browns Reported To Have Interest In Vanderbilt Coach James Franklin

James Franklin

Vanderbilt coach James Franklin is drawing interest on both the college level and from the NFL. Franklin’s name has been in the mix to replace Bill O’Brien at Penn State.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports Franklin interviewed for Texans head coaching job two weeks ago and has received requests to interview with Redskins and Browns

The Browns spoke to Josh McDaniels, Pats OC on Saturday, and there’s still strong reports they want to talk to Bob Stoops, coach at Oklahoma, but it wouldn’t be a shock to see Franklin draw an interview.
